Born in Balembouche, St. Lucia. Died in 1951 at the age of 96 years.

Seaman. Plantation owner in Carnarvon, Australia and Millet, St. Lucia.

On 3 July 1913 he married Louenda St. Clair Yearwood of St. Vincent.

They had 5 children:

(1) Lucy Ivy. . Died in adolescence.

(2) Cecil. Moved to Brazil around 1938.

(3) Joseph Mary Ruby. Living in New York.

(4) Marie Elizabeth.

(5) Idelia Pauline. Living in New York and Florida.
